2. Scope of service

• The website is intended to provide information and updates about the game Nuclearphobia.
• User Access lets you create an account, sign in and (depending on configuration) access downloads/content.
• The newsletter is optional and is sent only if you opt in.

3. Accounts and email verification

• To create an account you need a valid email address, a nickname and a password.
• After registration your account is inactive until you confirm your email address (link sent by email).
• If the email is not confirmed within 24 hours, the account may be automatically deleted.
• Sign‑in is blocked for unverified accounts and you will be asked to confirm registration via email.

4. Downloads / demo builds

• Demo builds may be unfinished and provided “as is”.
• Please do not share private download links or re‑upload builds if access is intended to be limited.

5. Prohibited actions

• Attempting to break security, bypass login/verification, scrape data or abuse endpoints (spam, brute force).
• Uploading malware or using the service in a way that could harm the website or other users.
